Want an awesome custom pet portrait but don’t want to spend a lot to ship it? Save money by printing and framing yourself!
How to order :
1. Select the number of pets you would like to order and place order (each order is one portrait/page. If you are looking for multiple pet portraits than you would order multiple prints).
2. An email will be sent to you within 12 hours where you can respond back with 2-3 photos of your pet & a request for a seasonal version as well (holiday/birthday)! (a copy of our terms and conditions will also be provided)
3. Preview the artwork - a proof will be sent to you to approve(you can request revisions or approve the artwork)
5. Once you approve the artwork we'll ship out the file within 48 hours
What's Included:
1. high resolution PNG files for download
2. 18x24” digital portraits (holiday and standard)
3. iPhone backgrounds (holiday and standard)
4. Seasonal and standard files with transparent background (in case you wasn’t to put it on a card, mug or other products)

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
